I was relieved to find that the heating system was exceptionally efficient, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout my stay, especially during the cooler evenings. I must also commend the duty manager for her kindness when I lost an earring; she went above and beyond to help me search for it, showcasing the exceptional customer service at this establishment. the proximity to local attractions like Coffiology and Phoenix Gardens made it incredibly convenient for my family gatherings. I wholeheartedly recommend Ye Olde Bull Inn to anyone looking for a charming and accommodating place to stay in Caerleon, and I will certainly be rebooking for my next visit.
